Payment Policy

To proceed with your reservation a deposit is required via PayPal or Venmo.

Deposits and Gratuity

All services and activities require a deposit to secure the reservation. 100% of your deposit is applied to the fee. The balance and gratuity are paid directly to your service provider with Euros in cash form. Credit cards ARE NOT ACCEPTED for the balance or gratuity for any service or activity.

Your deposit may be paid with*:

• PayPal:  please provide the email address that is associated with this account
• Venmo:  please provide the Venmo handle (name), or email address, cell number that is associated with this account
• Cash App:  please provide the cell number or email address associated with this account

*You will be sent a request from Tuscan Resort Services and Activities to pay, please pay via this request ONLY.

If you prefer a different payment app, please contact us; we will be happy to accept others as well.

Required Information

All service providers will require the following information from all guests over the age of 18 years:

• The name of your Tuscan resort Villa
• The scheduled arrival date at your Tuscan Resort
• The number of people in your party
• Cell number for each guest over the age of 18 years
